Response Time
Our support team aims to respond quickly: most inquiries receive a reply within one business day. Simple questions are often handled via live chat immediately, while complex issues - like KYC checks or payment investigations - can take several days as they require extra verification and coordination. We’ll keep you updated on progress and may request documents to resolve matters faster.
